The 2020 Account, previously named “2020 Cloud Account”, is the hub for managing your 2020 subscriptions and services. If you already have a 2020 Account (or 2020 Cloud Account), you don’t need to create a new one.
Is my login for 2020.net the same as my login for 2020 Account?
No, these are two different systems. If you don’t have a 2020 Account, you will need to create a new one.
How will you link my 2020 Account with my existing customer information?
Once logged into your 2020 Account, you will be asked to link your existing customer information to access downloads and additional menus.* Just follow the required steps and your 2020 Account will be linked to all your information.
How will I continue to access “My Order” (2020 EDI) and Live Order?
“My Order (EDI)” and “Live Order” customers who still need these services, please click on the links below and bookmark them for future use: My Order (EDI) and Live Order.
